ACCEPTING DEED FRON LAND CO. - CYPRESS AVE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisc9 that said city hereby accepts tht
.certain deed dated July 25, 19&9, wherein the South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, conveys to iaid city all that certain land
sit. uate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California and described as follows,
t o-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection of Bsden Avenue with Cypress Avenue
aa shown upon that certain map entitled: "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. l",
which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California,
March l, 1892, and recorded in Nap Book No. 2 at page 52; thence southerly along the easterly line
of lot numbered twenty-se~en (27) in block numbered one hundred forty-one (]3+1), as shown upon said
map, to the southerly line of said lot numbered twenty-seven (27); thence easterly and parallel to
thesoutherly line of Baden Avenue to the westerly boundary line of block numbered one hundred
forty-five (1AS); thence northerly along said westerly boundary line of said block n~mbered one hundred
forty-five (145) to the southerly boundary line of Baden Avenue; thence westerly ~long the southerly
boundary line of Baden Avenue to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this deed, together with a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I here~y certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and'adopted by the City
Council of the ~ity of South San Francisco, this 1st day of August, !9~9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
