HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1483-1949406 RESOLUTION NO. 1283 ~.~EAS the city council did, in open session on the tSth day of August, 1929, duly open, examine and declare all sealed proPosals for the installation of a reinforced concrete storm drain with necessary appurtenant drainage structures, exeavation and backfills RESOLVED by the City Council of the City off South 8an Francisco that said'city council hereby rejects all said bids, except that hereinafter mentioned and'hereby awards the contract for said work to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: STERLING BUILDING COMPANY, at the price ns~ed in its bid, to-wit, Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,950.00). The mayor and the city clerk are hereby directed to execute a contract with said lowest responsi- ble bidder for said work. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 16th day of August, 1949, by the following vote:' Ayes, Councilmen ~ictor Boido, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani.
