RESOLUTION FIXING TAX RATE FOR
FISCAL YEAR 19&9-1950
RESOL~ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the number of cents to be paid to
said City of South San Francisco upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the property taxable by said muhicipaltty
within said City of South San Francisco, and hereby levied upon for the purposes of the several funds hereinafter
named, forths fiscal year beginning July l, 19&9, and ending June 30,.1950, be, and the same hereby are designated
as follows: . .

Said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sumof One and ~/100 Dollars
($1.90) upon eaqh One Hundred,Dollars ($100.00) of the property taxable by said municipality and included within
~e corporate boundaries of said city prior to January 1, 19&6, the same being the aggregate of the amounts
op~site the foregoing funds; mad hereby levies the sum of eOne and 90/100 Dollars ($1.90) upon each One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) of the property mentioned in this.paragraph and t~xable by said municipality/

Said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of sa~d city at the sum of One and 83/100 Dollars
($1.83) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.O0) of the property taxable by said municipality and included within the
boundaries of all property annexed between the 1st day of January, 19&6, and the 1st day of January, 19&?, the same
being the aggregate of the amounts last hereinbefore set forth, and hereby levies the sum of Oas and 83/100 Dollars
($1.83~ upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of all property taxable by said municipality within the b~Andaries
of land so annexed to said city as aforesaid.
Said City Council hereby orders the sums of money, ievied as aforesaid to be collected.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced ~d adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 6th day of September, 19&9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani~ Emilio Cortesi.
