A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED WHEREIN SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND I~PROV~9~qT COMPANY
CONVEI~ TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
CERTAIN PROPERTY NEAR THE MARTIN SCHOOL.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby acaepte that
certain deed wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company conveys to said City of South San
Francisco the land hereinafter described. Said land is situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of
San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point whiCh bears South 31° kO' West 1DO.~5 feet from a Monument on the
Southerly line of Hillside Boulevard which marks the northeasterly corner of lot 1,
Nigh School Park Terrace Map No. 2 South San Francisco as recorded April 22nd, 19~7, in
Book 27 of Maps~ at Page 10 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, California; thence from said point of beginning along the southwesterly line of
High School Park Terrace No. 2 westerly along a curve to the right having a radius of
1135 feet and a central angle of 20o 3~' ~5" a distance of ~O7.66 feet, and North &2o
56' 28" West 38.79 feet to the Northeasterly corner of lot 15 Block 1 Sterlin~ Terrace
South San Francisco as recorded March ~th, 19&9, in Volume 30 of Official Maps at page
6 and 7, Records of San Mateo County, California; thence South &?o 03' 32" West along
the easterly line cf said lot 15 a distanc~e &9.79 feet to the northwesterly corner of
lot 1, Block 6, High School Park Terrace as recorded July 10th, 19~6, in Book 25 of
Maps at page 65, records of San Mateo County, California; thence North ~2° 56' 28"
West 37.80 feet; thence along the northerly line of High School Park Terrace around a
.curve to the left having a radius of 1205 feet a distance of 28&.3& feet; thence North
58° 2~' 36" West 122.66 feet to the northeasterly corner of Lot 8 Block 6 in said High
School Park Terrace; thence North 31° kO' East ?S feet more or less to the point of
beginning.
The City 01erk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council ~f the 6ity of South San, Francisco ,this 6th day of September, 19~9, by' ~he following vote:
