RESOLUTION ~EJ~CTING ALL BIDS F~ THE CONSTRUCTION

OF A STORM DRAIN
WNE~EAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session, on the 19th day
of September, 19A9, publicly open and examine all bids submitted for the construction of a storm drain in Oak Avenue
between Grand Avenue and Commercial Avenue in the City of South San Francisco;
RE~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that all said bids be, and the same
hereby are rejected.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the Citp
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 22nd day of September, 19A9, by the following vote:
Ayes, CoUncilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cor%esi.
