A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION OF SAID CITY TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES
CO~MISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR PERMISSION TO:'~WIDEN AND IMPROVE THE
LINDEN AVENUE CROSSING OVER THE RIGHT OF WAY OF .THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city apply to the Public
Util£ties Commission of the State of California for permission to improve the crossing of Linden Avenue Over the
tracks of the Southern Pacific Railroad in the City of South San Francisco by increasing the width of the paved
street crossing~ by raising the grade of the drill track and by easing the approaching street grades on each side.
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby directed to execute an application hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the Ckty
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 3rd day of October, 19&9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
