RESOLUTION NO. 1502
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LOTS NI~BERED T~.~ELVE
(12) AND THIRT~.~ (13), IN BLOCK NUI~ERED ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-
SIX (126), CALIFORNIA PACIFIC TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city purchase from California
Pacific Title Insurance Company, a corporation, lots numbered twelve (12) and thirteen (13), in block numbered one
hundred twenty-six (126), as shown upon that certain map entitled: "SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO:,' MAN MATEO COUNTY CAL. PLAT
NO. 1", which map was filed in the office bf the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, March 1, 1892
and recorded in Map Book No. 2 at page 52, for the sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000), in cash.
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized ~nd directed to draw a warrant upon the treasurer of
said city in the amount of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000) and to deliver said warrant to said California Pacific
Title Insurance Company in exchange for a deed conveying to said city a marketable title to the land hereinbefore des-
cribed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 5th day of December, 19&9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Aec Ferko, Adolph ~ani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
