RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city council hereby determines
and deelared that the police department building at the southwest corner of Miller Avenue and Maple Avenue in said city
has been completed by Joseph Bettancourt in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, and that the contract
for the installation ox~ all electrical work in said building has been completed by Edward ~. Scott Electric Co., in
accordance with the plans and specifications therefor.
The City Council is hereby directed to file in the office of the County Recorder of the Oounty of San
Mateo, California, a notice of completion of each of said contracts.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the CLty of South San Francisco, this 19th day of December, 19~9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen ~ictor Boido, Chas. K. Elder and Adolph Sani.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen Leo Ferko and Emilio Cortesi.
