A'RESO~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
S~N FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED FROM STERLING TERRACE
CORPORATION.
RESOLVE~by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
hereby accepts that certain deed, wherein STERLING TERRACE CORPORATION, a corporation, conveys
to the CITY OF SOD~H SAN FRANCISCO all that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City
cf South San Francisco, County of San MatZo, State of California, and described as follows, to-w~
Lot numbered five (5) in block numbered three ¢3), as shown upon that certain map
entitled: "STERLING TERRACE, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA",'which map was recorded in the
office of the County Rec6rder of the County of San Mateo, California, in Nolume 30 of Official
Records at pages 6 and ?.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy
of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the Count~ Recorder of said County of San
Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and 'adopted by
~the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 3rd day of January, 1950, by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emiiio~Cortesl.
Noes, Councilmen None
