A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING '~E EXECUTION OF A STREET iR HIGHWAY
AGRW.~E~T WITH THE SOUTHERN PAGIFIC CO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter into an agreement with
the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, for the
construction, maintenance and use of a street or public highway over and upon all that certain lot or ~arcel of land
situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
A strip of land, 20 feet in width, situated in the County of San Yateo, State of California
mholly within that certain 7.525 $cre parcel of land described in deed dated September 8,
1927, South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company to South San Francisco Belt Railway
Company, recorded September 30, 1927, in Volume 32~, page 103 of Official Records of San Marco
County, and lying equa~lylO feet on each side of the following described center linc:
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly boundary line of said 7.525 acre parce$ of land
distant thereon 59.28 feet, South ~rom the northeasterly corner of said parcel of land; thence North 89°
59" West, 530.01 feet; thence South 89° 57' 20" West, 685.55 feet to a point in the northwesterly line
of said 7.525 acre parcel of land, distant thereon South 5~° 12' 30" West, 1.11.27 feet from a point
in the most northerly line of said 7.525 acre parcel of land.
The above described strip of land contains an area of 0.56 of an acre, more or less.
The Mayor and City Clerk of said city are hereby directed, in behalf of Said cityi%o execute the agreement
hereby authorized.

City of South San Francisco, this 16th day of January, 1950, by the following vote:
