HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1527-1950RESOLUTION NO. 1527 A RF~SOLUTION AWARDING THE ~ON~RAJT FOR THE INST~%:LLATION OF A FLOOD LIGHTING SYSTD4 FOR THE SOFTBALL DIAMOND AT M~[ORIAL PARK. ~ER~S the City Council of the City of South SanYrancisco did, in open session, on the 3rd day of April, 1950, p~blicly o~en, examine and declare all bids or proposals submitted for the installation of a flood lighting system for the softball diamond at Memorial Park, in the City of South San Francisco; RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city council hereby rejects all said bids ov.proposals, except that next hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for said work to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: Pacific Electrical & Mechanical Company, Inc., at the price named in its bid, to- wit: Six thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine dollars ($6,999.00). The mayor and the city c]erk are hereby directed, in the name of said city and under its corporate seal, to execute the contract hereby awarded. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro- duced and ~dopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a reKular meeting of the city council, this 3rd day of April, 1950, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Charles Elder, ~nilio Cortesi, Victor Boido.
