HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1529-1950460 RESOLUTION NO. 1529 A RESOLUTION NAMING SOUTH BAYSHORF~ AND FREE%fAY STREET. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows: That the area of land in said City of South San Francisco, next hereinafter described, be, and the same hereby is named SOUTH BAYSHORE. BEGINNING at a point in the old Bayshore Highway at the southside of the underpass; thence in a ~eneral southeasterly direction 500 feet more or less; thence leaving the old Bayshore Highway easterly and southerly following the road which leads under the Baysbore Freeway and across Colma Creek to its intersection with old Bayshore Highway; thence s~uth- easterly along said old Bayshore Highway to the most southerly limits of the City of South San Francisco. That the area of land in said City of South San Francisco, next hereinafter described, be, and the same hereby is named FRidAY STREET. BEGINNING at a point in the old Bayshore Highway 650 feet southeasterly therein from the southerly line of the underpass; thence southeasterly along said old Bayshore Highway 600 feet to its intersection with the access road paralleling the new Bayshore Free- way; thence southerly along said access road to its intersection with the Bayshore Freeway. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular meeting of the city council, this 3rd day of April, 1950, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Charles Elder, Victor Boido.
