A RESOLUTIO~ uANVAS~i~TUPGIS AND DECLARING
RESULTS OF UE~EaAL MUNiCiPAL ELECTION HELD IN
THE CIT! OF ~OUTN SAN FHANCASCO ON APRIL 11,
1950.
WHEREAS a general municipal election was held in and through the City
of South San Francisco on the llth day of April, 1950, for the election of two members
of the City Council of said City of South San Francisco; and
'~EREAS the city clerk of said city has duly presented to the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco.all the returns of the votes cast at said
election; and
"~EREAS said city council' has inspected and examined all said returns;
N~, THEREFORE, resolved by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said city council finds as follows:
The whole number of votes cast in said City of South San Francisco
is F~r Thmxsand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine (~,659).
The names of the persons voted for at said general municipal
election are as follows:

That said City Council of the City of South San Francisco declares that
ADOLPH SANI and JOSEPH J. BRACCO were d~zly elected at said municipal election as members of
the City Council of said City of South San Francisco.
The city clerk is hereby ordered to issue certificates of election to
said ADOLPH SANI and JOSEPH J. BRACCO.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of April,
1950, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Leo Ferko, Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder.
Noes, Councilmen, None.
