HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1541-1950In the Matter of the Vacation of Tunitas Lane and Certain Easements shown on Rancho Buri-Buri Map No. 2 South San Francisco, California. ~SOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1541 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California, as follows: Section 1. It is the intention of said city council to order the following described public street to be vacated. Tunitas Lane, for the full length thereof, as shown upon that certain map entitled: "RANCHO BURI-BURI NAP NO. 2, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.", which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, on July 3, 1947, in Book 27 of Maps at pages 25 to 28, inclusive. Section 2. It is the intention of said city council to order the following easements to be vacated: All public utility easements designated on the above mentioned map, which easements are designated "P. U. E." on said map, insofar as said easements affect the land situate in said City of South S~n Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of C~lifornia, and described as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 0, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, l&, 15, 16, 17 and 18 in Block 17, Lots 1, 2, 3, A, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 in Block 18, Lots 14, 15, 10, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31~ 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, L3, 44, LS, 40, ~7, ~8, ~9, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 00, 01, 62, 03, and 6& in Block 20, Lots 1, 2, 3, A, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and lA in Block 21, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, l&, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in BlOck 22, Lots 1, 2, 3, &, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 1~, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 2&, 25, 26, 27 and 28 in Block 23, Lots 1, 2, 3, &, 5 and 6 in Block 2&, Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, ld, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 2&, 25, and 26 in Block 25, Lots ~, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, I1, 12, 13, lA, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in Block 30, Lots 2, 3, &, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 31, all as designated on the above mentioned map. Section 3. Said City Council hereby fixes Thursday, the 22nd day of June, 1950, at the hour of 8 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in said City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of CAlifornia, as the time and Dlace for hearing all persons interested in, or objecting to, the vacation of said public street and said easements. Section A. Notices of the passage of this resolution of intention, giving the time and place of hearing thereon, shall be conspicuously posted along the line of said public street and said ease- ments, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and not less than three (3) in all. Section 5. The action hereby taken by said city council is in pursuance of that certain Act of the Legislature of the State of Cslifornia, known as the "street Vacation Act of 19&l", the same being Division 9, Part 3, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. Section 6. This resolution of intention shall be published by one(l) insertion in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in said City of South San Francisco. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 5th day of June, 1950, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen, Victor Boido, Charles K.
