HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1551-1950RESOLUTION NO. 1551 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, a municipal cor- poration in the County of San Mateo, State of California, as follows: Section 1. It is the intention of said city council to order the following described public street to be wacated: Tunitas Lane, for the full length thereof, as shown upon that certain map entitled: "RANCNO BURI-BURI MAP NO. 2, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.", which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateg, California, on July 3, 1947, in Book 27 of Maps at pag es 25 to 28, inclusive. Sectisn 2. It is the intention of said city council to order the following easements to be vacated: All public utility easements designated on the above mentioned map, which easements are designated "P.U.E." on said map, insofar as said easements affect the land situate in said City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 in Block 17, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, in Block 18, Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, &4, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, $2, 63, and 64, in Block 20, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 in Block 21, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, in Block 22, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28 in Block 23, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in Block 24, 480 in Block 25, tioned map. Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 in Block 30, Lots 2, 3, A, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in Block 31, all as designated on the above men- Section 3, Said city council hereby fixed Monday, the 17th day of July, 1950, at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m., in the CityHall of said City of South San Francisco, in the City of SouthSan Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to, the vacation of said public street and easements. Section 4. Notices of the passage of this resolution of intemtion, giving the time and place of hearing ~hereon, shall be conspicuously posted along the line of said public street and easements at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and not less than three (3) in all. Section 5. The action hereby taken by said city council is in pursuance of that certain Act of the Legislature of the Stateof California, known as the "Street Vacation Act of 19~1", the same being Division 9, Part 3, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Calif- ornia. Section 6. This resolution of intention shall be published by one (1) insertion in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in said City of South San Francisco. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 22nd day of June, 1950, by the fol- lowing vote: Ayes, Councilmen, Victor Boido, Charles K.
