APPROVING FREEWAY MAINTENACE AGRE~T
%~EREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of
Highway, has presented an agreement entitled "Freeway Maintenace Agreement" which concerns State
Highway Route 68, within the limits of the City of South San Francisco and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with
the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said maintenance agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the ¥~yor and the City Clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said Council.
ADOBTED THIS 22nd DAY OF JUNE, 1950.
