RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby
accepts that certain deed, dated April 25, 1950, wherein JOHN QUALMAN and JENNIE QUALM~N, his wife, con-
vey to the City of South San Francisco all that certain real property situate in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mat so, State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point marking the intersection of the southwesterly line of Bade~ Avenue
and the southeasterly line of Cypress Avenue, said point being the most northerly corner of Lot Twelve
(12) in Block One Hundred Forty-five (l&5) as said avenmes, lot and block are designated on that cer-
tain map entitled: "SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO S~ MATEO CO. CAL. PLAT NO. l", whichmap was filed for wecord
in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ~arch l, 1892, in Book
2 of Maps, at page 52 thereof.
Running thence from saidpoint of beginning south 74° 27' east along said line of Bade~
Avenue 50 feet to a point thereon; thence leaving said last mentioned line south 15° 33' west 140 feet;
thence north 74° 27' west 66.44 feet to the southeasterly line of Cypress Avenue above mentioned; thence
north 22° 14' 50" east along said last mentioned line 1~0.96 feet to the point of beginning.
Being a portion of Lots 7,3,9. 10, 11 and 12 in block 145 of the above mentioned map.
the mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized to issue a warrant to said JOHN QUAL-
MAN and J~NIE QUALMAN in the amount of SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7500.00), in payment for said deed.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a copy of this reso-
lution, to be recorded in theoffice of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City CounCil of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day of July, 1950, by the £ollowing vote:
