A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
TO A~,h~,~l TERRITORY LYING BE~EEN THE BURI-BURI
PROPERTIES AND CYPRE?S LID~N ChU~E~TERY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as
follows: Said city council hereby declares its intention to take the steps
provided by law to annex to said city the territory situate between the Buri-Buri
Prooerties and Cypress Lawn Cemetery, in the event that the owners of said lands
shall file with said city council anpropriate petitions reGuesting such annexation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the ~ity of South San Francisco this 3rd
day o~~ July, 1550, by the following vote:
Ayes, Counci~aen Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, AdOlph Sani, Joseph Bracco, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen, None.
Absent, Councilmen, None.
