RESOLUTION OF ~IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISO~ APPROVING AGREE~,~IVl' FOR MAINTtNACE OF STATE
HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Dep~rtment of Public Works, Division of High-
way, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of South San Francisco,
effective as of July l, 1950, and to remain in effect until amended or terminated.
!'~iiP~EAS, the City.Council has heard sa{d agreement in full and is familiar with the content:
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1950.
