RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSFSSMENT FOR THE IMPROV~NT t/fORK PERFORMED UNDi~
RESOLUTION OF INTF~TION NO. 1484, ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE 16TH
DAY OF AUGUST, 1949.
I~HEREAS, no person has appealed to the City Council of the City of SouthSan Francisco
with reference to the assessment made by the superintendent of streets upon the property declared
to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intmtion No.
adopted by the City Council on the 16th day of August, 1949;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SouthSan Franci..~co that said
assessment be, and the same hereby is confirmed.
The superintendent of streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the con-
tractor, w_hich performed the improvement work mentioned in said resolution of intention, said assess-
ment, to which shall be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the-
several assessments uoon said assessment in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 21st day of August, 1950, by the fol-
lowing vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco
