RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCIS00
APPROVING AGRE~24~NT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of
South San Francisco for the period July l, 19~9 to June 30, 1950.
h~REAS, the CityCouncil has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar
with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said Agreem*nt, for M~intenance of the State Highway in the City is hereby approved and
the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the.same on behalf'of Said~City.
ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1950.
