RESOLUTION FIXING TAX RATE FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1950-51
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the number of
cents to be paid to said City of SouthSan Francisco upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of the
property taxable by said municipality within said City of SouthSan Francisco, and hereby levied upon
for the purposes of the several funds hereinafter named, for the fiscal year beginning July l, 1950,
and ending June 30, 1951, be, and the same hereby are, desi~ated as follows:

PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 1946,

Said city council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of ONE and
76/100 DOLL&RS ($1.76) upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of the property taxable by said muni-
cipality and included within the corporate boundaries of said city prior to January 1, 1946, the same
being the aggregate of the amounts opposite the foregoing funds, and hereby levies the sum of ONE and
76/100 DOLLARS ($1.76) upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of the property mentioned inthis para-
graph and taxable by sa~d municipality.

Said city council hereby fLzes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of ONE and 71/100
DOLLARS ($1.71) upon each ONE HU}~R~D DOLLARS ($100.00) of the property taxable by said municipality and in-
cluded within the boundaries of all property annexed between the 1st day of January, 19&6, and the !st day of
January, 19&7, the same being the aggregate of the amounts last hereinbefore set forth, and hereby levies the
sum of ONE and 71/100 DOLLARS ($1.71) upon each 0}~E }{UNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of all property taxable by said
municipality within the boundaries of land so annexed to said city as aforesaid.
S~id city council hereby orders the sucres of money, levied as aforesaid, to be collected.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 5th day of September, 1950, by the following vote:
