A R~OLUTION AUTHORIZING Tl-~g PURCHASE OF LOTS ~B~ED FIVE (5) AND
SIX (6), IN BLOCK ~UMB~ED ONE H~U~D~ED Th~NTY-SIX (126), SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
R~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city purchase
from J. G. WALKER, also known as JOSEPH G. ~'~ALY~R, the land hereinafter described and pay therefor the sum of
TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,O00.O0) in cash. The land hereinbefore referred to consists of all those certain
lots or parcels of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San ~teo, Stateof California,
and described as follows:
Lots numbered five (5) and six (6) in block
numbered one hundred twenty-six (126), as
shown upon that certain map entitled: "South
San Francisco, San Mateo Co., Cal. Plat No.l",
which map was filed in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
California, March 1, 1~92, and recorded in Map
Book No. 2 at page 52.
IT IS UND~STOOD AND AGREED that the conveyance of the above described property to the city
shall be free and clesr of any and all conditions or limitations.
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw a warrant upon the
treasurer of said city for said sum of money and to deliver said warrant to said J. G. I¥ALKER in exchange
for a deed conveying to said city a marketable title to the land hereinbefore describ'ed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 5th day of September, 1950.
