R[SOLUTION ORDERING VACATION OF S}~",q~R F~S~ENT IN
TRACT KNOk$~ AS "DAZY SUBDIVISION".
~EREAS the easement hereinafter described, which was dedicated to the City of South San Fran-
cisco for sewerage purposes by deed dsted September 30, 1919, and recorded October 20, 1919, in Book 2850
of D~ds at Page 423, records of San Mateo County, has not been used for such purpose for which it was dedi-
csted for more than five (5) consecutive years next precedinz the present date, to-wit:, since September
30, 1919, the date of said dedication. The easement hereabove referred to is particutrly described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, State of Cali£ornia, described as:
So much of that certain 10 foot right of way
for sewer described in the Deed from South San
Francisco Land and Improvement Company to City
of South San Francisco, d ted September 30, 1919
and recorded October 20, 1919 in Book 285 of Deeds
at Page 423, Records of San Mateo County, (67594)
as lies within the lands described in Parcels 1
and 2 in the Deed from Margsret C. Daly to Atlas
Realty Company, a corporation, dated March 29, 1950
and recorded May 5, 1950 in Book 1852 of Official
Records of San Mateo County at page 487. (55607-I)
and
E~!EREAS said easement is unnecessary for present or prospective r~ublic use,
NOW, THEREFOr, said city council hereby orders that said easement be, and the same hereby
is vacated.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was regularly introduced and adopted b~,~ the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 2nd day of October, 1950, by the followin~ vote:
