RFSOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the form of agree-
ment dated October 31, 1950, between the City of South San Francisco and the City of San Bruno with
respect to the aportionment of the cost of construction of a sewage disposal plant in said City of
South San Francisco be, and the same hereby is approved and that said City of South San Francisco
enter into said agreement with said City of San Bruno.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the agreement hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolotion was re~alarly introd~.Jced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of So~th ~%an Francisco this 6th da~ of November, 1950, by the following
vote:
