A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SM4AGE TREATM]~T PLANT
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session,
on the 16th day of October, 1950, duly open and examine all bids submitted for the construction
and completion of a sewage disposal system, including sewage treatment plant, digester, clarifiers,
~rit chambers, sludge and lift pumps, laboratory and office building, to~etber ~dth outfall, inter-
cepting', connectinc and lateral sewers, pipes, pumping station, manholes, and other works or struc-
tures necessary or convenient for a complete sewafe disposal system of the City of South San Fran-
cisco;
RF~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
council hereby rejects all said bids or mroposals, e×cer~t that next hereinafter mentioned, and here.-
by awards the contract for sai~ work to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: M & K CORPORATION,
at the pric~s named in its bid , as follows:
