accepts that certain ~eed dated October 25, 1950, wherein STONE$ON DEVFJ~OPMF~T COR?ORiTION conveys'
to the CITY OF SOU7~ SAN FRANCISCO all that certain ]and situate lin the City of South San Francisco,
County of San ~.~ateo, Stste of Cslifornia, and described as follows:
Lots twenty-three (23) and twenty-four (24), Block No. 8 as desi~nsted on the
map entitIed: "~NSTON MANOR, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIF.", which
map was filed of record lin the office of the Recorder of the Co~nty of San Mateo,
St~ote of California, October 27~, 1950, in Volume 32 of Maps at pages 28 and 29 there-
of records of San Mateo County, California.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy
of this resolt]tion, to be recorded in the office of ~.he County Recorder of the County of SanMateo,
