HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1600-1950RESOLUTION NO. 1600 OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the public interest and convenience require, and that it is the ir~ention of said Council to make the following changes and modifications in the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No~.159~ adopted by this Council on November 13, 1950: 1. Change and modify the work proposed to be dane to the following: The construction of a vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer commencing at an existing manhole at the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and the Colma Creek Drainage Canal, thence northwest- erly along said drainage canal to Mission Road, thence in Mission Road northwesterly to a poiht 6&O feet more or less northwesterly of the southeasterly corporate limits line of the Town of Colma, thence southwesterly in a direct line to a point in E1 C, mino Real opposite the most westerly corner of the Cowell Estate Company property, and thence northwesterly along El Casino Real &SO feet more or less, thence westerly across E1 Casino Real approximately 100 feet, together with standard manholes and all necessary appurtenant structures as shown on the plans on file in the office of the City Clerk. 2. Change and modify the boundary of the assessment district, as follows: In the course following the figures "~37965 I)" after the words "West 561.85 feet" change "North" to "South", and in the line precedingthe words "Regli Tract", change "Northwesterly" to "Northeasterly". Reference is hereby made to a map showing the boundary of said district on file in the office of the City Clerk which shall be controlling. 3. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 18th day of December, 1950, at the hour of eig~ht o'clock p. m. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all persons interested therein. &. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be published once in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in said City, and the paper in which the Resolution of Intention was published.
