RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, EARL WAP~, Governor of the State of Cslifornia, on the 15th day of November,
1950, executed the California Disaster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement on behalf of the
State of California and all its Departments and Agencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, the city council of the City of South San Francisco does, by resolution,
hereby approve and agree to abide by said California Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement; and
the Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized and directed to send T~D certified copies of this
resolution to the State Disaster Council for filing with said State Disaster Council.
Adopted and approved this 12th day of December, 1950.
