ORDERING CHANGES A~D }.~ODIFICATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
~{E~AS, pursusnt to Resolution No. 16OO of this Council ordering same, adopte~
Dedember A, 1950, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Council to change and modify the
proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 159A ~!opted b? this Council o~ November 13, 1950; and
WHEREAS, one person interested appeared or filed written protest against said proceedings
or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
and all matters mhd things pertaining to ssid chan~es and modifications were fully heard and considered
by this Council;
NO~T, THE}{EFORE, IT IS ORDE}~,ED that the changes and modifications in the proceedings under Resolution
of Intention No. 159& be made and hsd, all as more particularly described and set forth in ~esolution No.
16OO of Intention to ~ake Changes and Modifications.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day fo December, 1950, by the following ~ote:
