OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the
public intere~ and convenience require, and that it is the intention of said ~ouncil to make the following
changes and modifications in the proceedings ~mder ~esolution of Intention No. 159h adopted by this Council
on November 13, 1950:
1. Change and modify the work proposed to be done by eliminating the sewer line to be con-
structed ~thin and along the northeasterly side of ~l Csmino Eeal and oroviding in place thereof for the
construction of said sewer line within an easement to be acquired along and northeasterly of the north-
easterly line of E1 Camino ~eal.
Reference is hereby made to a map showing the boundary of said district on file in the office
of the City Clerk which shall be controlling.
2. Notice is hereby given that Tues~ay, the 2nd day of January, 1951, at the hour of eight
o'clock P. M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South San
Francisco, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the
matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all persons interested therein.
3. The City Clerk o£ said City shall cause a copy of this Resolution to b e published once
in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journa±, a newspaper of ~eneral circulation oublished in said City,
and the paper in which the Resolution of Intention was oublished.
I hereby certify that the foregoinff resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this lSth day of December, 1950, by the following vote:
