HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1612-1950 RESOIJ~rION NO. 1612 OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS SO~ MAPLE AVENUE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the o~lic interest and convenience require, and that it is the intention of said Council to make the following changes and modifications in the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 1573 adooted by this Council on August 28, 1950: 1. Change and modify the description of the work to include: (a) Five inch crusher run base pavement on that portion of South Maple Avenue between South Canal Street and Victory Avende. (b) The construction of a reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer, complete with standard curb and gutter inlets, manholes and necessary frames and covers. All the work herein provided shall be done according to the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by Resolution No. 1565 of said Council on July 17, 1950. 2. Notice is hereby given that Tuesday the 2nd day of January, 1951, at the ho~r of 8:00 o'clock P. M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Co,~ncil Chambers, City Hall, South 8an Francisco, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and ~here said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing ail persons interested therein. 3. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published once in the South San Francisco Enterorise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation ~blished in said City, and the paper in which the Resolution of Intention was published, the firet oublication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of So~th San Francisco, this l~th day of December, 1950, by the follo~in~ vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K.
