HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1614-1950RESOLUTION NO. 1614 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CIT~ OF SOUTH SAN' FRANCISCO AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO WITH RESPECT TO THE WAR HOUSING PROJECT KNO~fN AS LINDENVILLE, PROJECT CAL-4134 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter into an agreement with the Housihg Authority of the City of South San Francisco, in the form submitted to said city council, with respect to the war housing project known and designated as Lindenville, Project CAL-4134, comprising ninety (90) dwelling structures and containing seven hundred twenty (720) family units, and other structures, all of which are situate in said City of South San Francisco. The authority granted in this resolution shall become effective when the Housing Authority of the City of South San Francisco shall haveadopted a resolution authorizing the execution of said agreement; provided that the Administrator of the Housing ahd Home Finance Agency shall have relinquished and transferred to said Housing Authority all right, title, and interest of the United States in and with respect ~o said project. The mayor and the city clerk are hereby directed to execute said agreement, behalf of said city. I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of SouthSan Francisco on the 18th day of December, 1950, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K.
