RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGreemENT FOR
MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO
~H~AS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, has presented Amendment No. One to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in
the City of South San Francisco dated August 7, 1950;
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment No. One in full a nd is familiar
with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved bY the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said Amendment No. One is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the
same on behalf of said city.
