HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1617-1951Resolution No. 1617 RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE SALE OF A PUBLIC BUILDING LOCATED ON LAND ACQUIRED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWAGE DIS- POSAL PLANT AND OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSES. WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session, on the 6th day of November, 1950, duly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals for the purchase of the building hereinafter mentioned,which building is a kO' x 192' wood frame building formerly used as a shop building, located at the northerly end of Belair Island and is located on the land acquired by said City of South San Francisco from the United States of America, by an instrument dated the 23rd day of November, 19~9, which instrument was recorded in the office of the County Re- corder of the County of San Mateo, California, on the 9th day of December, 19~9, in Volume 1758 of Official Records at page 29~; RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San Francisco that said city council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 2nd day of January, 1951, by the follow- ing vote: Ayes, Councilme~ Victor Boido, Charles K.
