ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
WHERFAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1608 of this Council ordering same, adopted on
December 18, 1950, notice has been duly ,given of the intention of the Council to change and modify
the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 1594 adopted by this Council on November 13, 1950;
and
W~{EREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said pro-
ceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully heard and
considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the changes and modifications in the proceedings
under Resolution of Intention No. 159Abe made and had, all as more particularly described and set
forth in the aforesaid Resolution No. 1608.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution wa s duly and regularly adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 2nd day of January, t951, by the following vote:
