ORDERING CHANGES ASD MODIFICATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1612 of this Council ordering same, adopted on
December 18, 1950, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Council to change and modify
the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 1573 adopted by this Council on August 28, 1950; and
WH~EA~, no person interested appeared or filed written protests against said pro-
ceedings or any part thereof andall persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunityto be heard
and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully heard and consid-
ered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS.ORDERED, that the chan~es and modifications in the proceedings
under Resolution of Intention No. 1573 be made and had, all as more particularly d~scribed and set
forth in the aforesaid resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, at a regular meeting ~hereof held on
the 2ndday of January, 1951, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen: Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco, ~nilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen: None
