RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution No. 1616 entitled: "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGR~N~ WITH SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY FOE A GARBAGE DU~° SITE IN THE CITY G~ SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO", adopted December 26, 1950, be, and the same hereby is ~acated and set aside. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 15th day of January, 1951, by the follow- ing vote: Ayes, Councilmen, Victor Boido, Charles K.
