A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LICENSE
AGREF~M!~T BE~EN SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY AND CITY
OF SOUTH S,~N FRANCISCO
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that said city enter
into a license agreement with the Southern Pacific Company for the purpose of permitting said city
to construct, reconstruct, maintain and operate a fifteen (15) inch sewer line crossing encased in a
twenty-two (22) inch steel casing pipe, in said city, in the form of the agreement submitted to said
City Council.
The ~.~yor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the agreement hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 31st day of January, 1951, by the follow-
