A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EIECUTION OF A REVOCABLE P~%~IT B~
THE SAN FRANCISCO WAT~ DEPARTM]~T, OF THE CITY A~D COUNTY OF SAN
FRANCISCO, AND T~E CITY OF SOUT}{ SAN FRANCISCO.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter
into a revocable permit agreement between San Francisco Water Department of the City and County of
San Francisco and said City of South San Francisco, for the purpose of constructing a fifteen (15)
inch outfall sewer across the Sunset Supply Line of the right of way on Parcel 46 on said pipeline
property records, and across the former Municipal Railway right of way Parcel 3 as described in deed
from Market Street Railway Company to the City and County of San Francisco by deed dated September
29, 19gg; said crossings being parallel to and distant five (5) feet northerly of the southeasterly
line of the Stonecrest Corporation 59.64 acre tract, South San Francisco, and at the locations shown
on San Francisco Water Department Map B-1042.
The ~yor of said city is hereby directed to execute the agreement hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 31st day of January, 1951, by the follow-
ing vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen, None
