A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT
BE~."~EN THE SAN FRANCISCO WAT~{ DEPARTMENT, OF THE CITY AND
COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, ~fD THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN F[~NCISCO
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter
into a revocable permit agreement between San Francisco Water Department, of the City and County of
San Francisco and said City of South San Francisco, for the purpose of constructing a roadway eighty
(80) feet in width to be ]~nown as ~pruce Avenue across a portion of the former Municipal Railway right
of way of the City and County of San Francisco, Parcel ?, as ~esdribed in deed dated September 29, 194~,

from the Market Street Railway Company to the City and County of San Francisco; the center line of
said crossing being ll5 feet southeasterly from the most easterly corner of Francisco Terrace Sub-
division, South San Francisco, as shown and indicated on San Francisco ~.~Tater Department's Map num-
bered B-1OS~.
The Mayor of said city is hereby directed to execute the agreement hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 31st day of January, 1951, by the following
vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen, None
Absent, Councilmen Victor Boido, Joseph Bracco
