A RESOLUTION EXPR~SING THE THAkq{S OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR THE StRVICES REND~IRED
TO THIS CITY BY HELt~ SIEBECKER, AS A M~iBt~ OF THE
RECREATION COMMISSION.
~EREAS Helen Siebecker has rendered services to the City of South San Francisco as
a member of the Recreation Commission, for a long period of time; and
WHEREAS Mrs. Siebecker has constantly maintained an outstanding interest in those
things which improve social life in this city and, by her endeavors and influence, has contributed
much to the welfare of this community,
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the thanks of
this City Council be extended to M~s. Siebecker for her zeal and untiring efforts in the cause of
recreation in South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 31st day of January, 1951, by the follow-
ing vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen, None
