WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session, on the 29th day of January, 1951, duly open~ examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the construction of storm drains and fill for Spruce Avenue Extension between the Southern Pacific Company Valencia BranCh.'and E1 Camino Real; RESOLVED By said City Council that said City Council hereby rejects all said sealed proposals or bids except that next hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for said work to R. A. Farish at the prices named in bid, to wit: Item 1. Item 2. Item 3. 170 lineal feet 12" concrete pipe, $~.25 per lineal foot. 83 lineal feet corrugated metal pipe arch storm drain $32.00 per lineal foot. 26 cubic yards reinforced concrete in storm drain structure, $75.00 per cubic yard. Item ~ Item 5' Item 6. 397 lineal feet 12" corrugated metal pipe, $3.7~ per lineal foot. 3 each curb and gutter inlets, $150.00 each.~ 18,500 cubic yards imported subbase material, $0.86 per cubic yard. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to execute to the said successful bidder the contract of said work. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 19th day of February, 1951, by the fol- lowing vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Victor Boido, Charles K.
