A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A DISCLAIMER ~ITH RESPECT TO LAND INVOLVED IN
SUIT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA VS. CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE
CITY O~ SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city dis-
claims all right, title and interest in and to the property subject of the sction~ in the District
Court of United States in and for the Northern District of California, Southern Division, entitled:
