A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEED OF JOSEPH G !.~ALKER
TO THE CITY OF SO~H SAN FRANCISCO.
Resolved by t he City Council of the City of South San Francisco that that certain deed,
dated October 13, 1950, wherein JOSEPH G. ~VALKEE conveys to the City of South San Francisco all that
real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
Lots numbered five (5) and six (6) in block numbered one hundred twenty-six (126), as
shown upon that certain .map entitled: "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat. No. 1," which map
was filed in the ~ffice of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, March l, 1892,
and recorded in ~p Book No. 2 at page 52 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this resolutia~
to be recorded in the office of the County Hecorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 16th day of April, 1951, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Boido, Llder, Sani, Bracco, Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
