A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AG~T BETWE~ THE
CITY OF. SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE STONECREST CORPORATION WITH
RESPECT TO THE STREET IMPROV~4ENTS OF ~iNSTON MANOR NO. 2.
EESOLV~ BZ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City enter
into an agreement with the Stonecrest corporation, in which provision is made for the construc-
tion, by the Stcnecreat Corporation, of street improvements in the subdivision known as Winston
Nanor No. 2, South San Francisco, California, at an estimated cost of THREE HUNDRED
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3&5,0OO.OO).
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized to execute, in behalf of said city,
the agreemeut hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of
Nay, 1951, by the following~ vote:
