A RE~OLUTION CHANGING AUTHORIZEDAGENT FOR THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, on the 2~st day of February,
19&9, passed Resolution No. 1&16,which, in part, authorized Leo Ferko, then the Mayor of said
city whoseaddress was then 522 Grand Avenue in said city, to act as ~%uthorized Agent" for the
City of South San Francisco with respect to the app~ication described therein;
WHEREAS The City Council of the City of South San Francisco now desires to Feplace said
Leo Ferko as "Authorized Agent" by~-teg Adolph Sani in his stead as "Authorized Agent";
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved:
1. That all power, rights and duties con~erred upon Leo Ferko by the aforesaid reso-
lution are hereby revoked.
2. That all acts heretofore performed by said Leo Ferko as "Authorized Agent" for said
City of South San Francisco are hereby ratified and confirmed.
3. That Adolph Sani, Mayor of said city, whose address is 520BsdenAvenue, South
San Francisco, Califoraia, is hereby designated as "Authorized Agent" of said City of South
San Francisco, with respect to the above application and is endowed with all rights, powers and
duties con~erred upon said former agent, Lee Ferko, by the aforesaid resolution or otherwise.
I, DANIEL J. HYLAND, Clerk of said City of South San Francisco, State of
do hereby certify the foregoing to be a full, true and complete copy of a resolution sponsored
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting of said City
Council held on the 21at day of May, 1951, as the same appears on record in my office.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said City of
South San Francisco at my office in the City of South San Francisco this 21st day of MaY, 1951.
