RESOLUTION P~UESTING CANCm.~4TION OF SAN MATEO
COUNTY TAXE~ ON Ct~TAIN REAL PROP~TY
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco~ County of San ~ateo,
State of California, as. follows:
1. The real property hereinafter described was acquired by the City of South 'San
Francisco, on the 16th day of April, 1951, for use #§~ parking lot purposes and will be used for
such purpose~.
2. The lien for taxes for the fiscal year 1951-1952 has bec~ne attached to said land.
3. The Board of Supervisors for the County of San Mateo is hereby respectfully re-
quested to order the cancellation of said lien and the lien for the purposes of taxes for all
subsequent years.
&. The real property so acquired by said City of South San Francisco, tax lien of
which is hereby requested to be cancelled, is situated in the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of Califorala, and particularly described as follows:
Lots numbered FIVE (5) and SIX (6) in Block number ONE HUNDP~D AND TWE~TY-~IX (126)
shown upon that certain map entitled:
"~outh San Francisco, San Mateo Co., Cal. Plat No. 1," which map was filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of San ~ateo., ~alifornia, March 1~ 1892, and recorded
in Map Book No. 2 at page 52.
! hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 21st day of May, 1951, by the following
vote:
