RESOLUTION RII~UESTING CANCELLATION OF SAN MATEO
COUNTY TAXES ON C~TAIN REAL PROPERTY
Resolved that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Nateo, State of California, as follows:

1. The real property hereinafter described was acquired by the City of South San
the 17th day of January, 19~9, and since that time said proper%y has ~nd now is owned
and is now being used for the purposes of a fire house.
2. That said date of acquisition was subsequent to the lien date for San Mateo County
taxes for the year
3. The Board of ~uper~riso~s of said County of San Mateo is hereby respectfully re-
quested to order a cancellation of all county taxes levied upon hereinafter described real property
for the year 19~8-19~9, and all subsequent years, together with all penalties and.costs, if any,
attached thereto.
&. The real property so acquired by that City of South San Francisco, the taxes on
which are hereby requested to be cancelled, is situated in the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of California, and is particularly ducribed as follows:
Lots numbered 1 and 2 in Block numbered I, Naps of Rancho Buri Burl, RS M 25/28, 29,
30, Code 13-2, Sale no. 172-173.
I hereby certify that the ~oregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 21st day of Nay, 1951, by the following vote:
