A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM HILLSIDE MAN0~ CORP-
ORATION OF SAN FRANCIS00.
RESOLV~ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco hhat the deed, dated
April ~, 1951, wherein HILLSIDE MANOR CORPORATION of San Francisco, a California corporation,
grants to the city of South San Francisco an easement in a~d through the lands hereig~ete~ described
f~r the purposes of constructing ~ud maintaining therein a ~t~rm water drainage sm~er be, and the
same hereby is accepted.
Said land is situate in the City of South San Frqncisco, County of San Mateo, State
of California, and described as follows:
The Northwesterly 5 feet of Lot 6 and the South-
easterly 5 feet of Lot ?, all in Block 2 as
designated in the map entitled "Sterling ~anor
~ap No. 2, South San Francisco, San Mateo County,
California", which map was filed in the office of the Re-
corder of the County of San Mateo, State of CAlifornia
on ~arch 5, 1951 in Book 33 or maps at pages 8 and
9 (21592 J ).
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this reso-
lution to be recorded in the office of the county recorder of the County of San~ateo, State of
California.
! hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting of said City Council
on the 21st day off,y, 1951, by the following vote:
